grievous distress and melancholy experienced while at work, many times extending to non-work hours
the state of mind of an employee
an employee who surrenders to a state of utter disrepair, incapable of coping with the surrounding madness of life, frequently brought on by interacting with other people while at work
a negative cycle often leading to mania, depression, paranoia, hallucinations, or a complete lapse of sanity; in most cases causing an immediate termination of employment
